The St. Valentine CrossFit Challenge

• Date: Saturday February 12, 2011

• Place: CrossFit Combat Fitness>/SPEED Sports Performance - 5075 N. Cedar Ave. Fresno 93710 (Inside Fresno Indoor Soccer)

• Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm

• Cost: $25 for singles and $40 for couples

• Theme: This is a co-ed team challenge. So grab your spouse or grab a friend who is the opposite gender. Who is the fittest couple? All teams that finish the challenge will receive a special edition St. Valentine CrossFit Challenge T-Shirt. The top team will win a grand prize.

• Workouts: There will be two WODs for everyone and then a final WOD for the top three teams. WODs will be posted the day of the competition.

• Benefit: To bring our community together again and to help Ericlee and Dorina fund their 4x4 vehicle for their ministry in the mountains of Haiti. They are close to going but still need funds (40 – 50k) for the vehicle.

If you cannot find a partner, then still sign up so we can pair you up with someone else.
